How long is the commute from Oceanside to Hollywood in traffic?

I have tickets to an 8pm show in Hollywood on a Thursday night. I'm driving up from Oceanside on the 5 and am not sure what time I need to leave to be sure to make my show on time given I'll be driving in commuting traffic.|||I would leave no later than 4.|||Leave by 3:30 or 4.|||traffic starts at around 5 so anything before that.
