Does anyone know if Hollywood Bread is still made and how to find it? OR if not, anyone have a recipe for it?

Hollywood bread was around in the 60s and 70s but the company stopped distributing it in New Orleans. I think it is made in Hollywood Florida but I cannot find out any information about it.|||From:

I called the company and was told that Hollywood Bread is sold at Cosco, that was using my zip code. It's not available in Colorado Cosco's, maybe it is available in other parts of the US."
