What should i wear for the hollywood dance if im going as Ke$ha?

In out school we are having a Hollywood Dance tommorow and your supposed to go as a celebrity. I want to go as ke$ha. I already have makeup plans and a wig, but for an outfit, i have no clue. The dress code still applies so i cant dress all slutty, what should i wear?|||Tease your hair, put glitter make up on.Wear a dark statement Tee %26amp; shorts that match. Natural lipgloss.
