How do Hollywood producers and directors make modern movies?

How do Hollywood producers and directors make such large movies and long-running TV series? I mean if I had to direct Transformers 2007, like Michael Bay, I think I would have a nervous breakdown! And how does Jerry Bruckheimer produce several TV shows %26amp; movies?





I want to know: mentally, how do they cope? Are they highly functioning? Have a team of PAs? Do a lot of drugs %26amp; drink? Surround themselves with the best they can afford and then delegate as much as possible and hope for the best?|||Both the producer and director are organized, meticulous, can multitask, deal with pressure, and complete deadlines on time and on budget. You can't do that on drugs, although there are some functioning alcoholic directors.
