|||omg pleasee don't whiten your teeth.. if it does that to the outside just think of what it will do to your insides if u swallow a bit of it =0 !!





however i dnt kno wat u can do as an alternative.. (maybe try the health section on Y!A) but brush ur teeth more often especially after coffee/coke/smoking ect...
